Return Policy – Vouchers and Subscriptions
To ensure transparency and a fair experience for all our clients, please consult our cancellation policy regarding Bali Zen gift vouchers and subscriptions.
1. Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are personalized and cannot be returned, refunded, or transferred under any circumstances.
- Each voucher has a validity of 3 months from the date of purchase.
- After the expiration of the validity period, the voucher can no longer be used and no extensions are granted.
2. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been used.
- After the expiration of the 14 days or after first use, the subscription can no longer be returned or refunded.
