CANCELLATION POLICY – BALI ZEN
To ensure a pleasant and organized experience for all our clients, please respect our booking cancellation policy.
1. Cancellation and rescheduling of sessions
- Cancellation or rescheduling of a booking can be done with a minimum of 24 hours notice before the scheduled time.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee.
- In case of no-show at the appointment without prior notification, the amount paid will not be refunded and will be considered lost.
2. Cancellation fee
- If cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service value will be charged.
- If cancellation occurs less than 6 hours before the appointment or the client does not show up, 100% of the service value will be charged.
3. Late arrivals
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to benefit from the full duration of the session.
- In case of late arrivals, the session will be reduced proportionally, without reducing the price.
- Late arrivals over 15 minutes may result in cancellation of the appointment and application of the cancellation fee.
4. Exceptions
- In cases of emergency or medical reasons, cancellations may be analyzed individually and the fee may be waived at Bali Zen’s discretion.
- If cancellation is necessary due to reasons related to Bali Zen, rescheduling will be offered without additional costs.
5. Cancellation methods
- Booking cancellation can be done by phone or WhatsApp at 0733211325.
- By making a booking at Bali Zen, you accept and agree to our cancellation policy.
We appreciate your time and wish to provide a relaxing experience for all our clients. Out of respect for other clients and our therapists, please notify us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
