Bali Zen - the massage service operator, located in Ploiești.
Client - any person who benefits from Bali Zen services.
Services - all treatments and services offered by Bali Zen.

Bookings and Cancellations
- Bookings can be made online, by phone, or at the location.
- Cancellations must be announced at least 24 hours in advance.
- No-show without prior notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Payment Conditions
- Payment can be made in cash, by bank card, or by online transfer to the company account.
- Prices displayed include VAT.
Conduct Rules
- Clients must respect the peace and comfort of others.
- Any inappropriate behavior may lead to refusal of services.
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment.
Return Policy
- Subscriptions can be returned within 14 days if they have not been used.
- Gift vouchers cannot be returned or refunded.

Privacy and Data Protection
- Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
- The client has the right to access, rectify, and delete personal data.

Liability and Disclaimer
- Clients are responsible for informing the therapist about any relevant medical conditions.
- Bali Zen is not responsible for adverse reactions caused by allergies or undeclared pre-existing medical conditions.
Modifications to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be announced through the website or at the location.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the legislation of Romania. Any dispute will be resolved amicably or, otherwise, by the competent courts of Romania.
